Week 1 - Scratch

Lesson 1 - Animate Your Name

Goal: complete a guided Scratch tutorial and animate student name letters.

1. Open Scratch and set language to English.

2. Use tutorial guidance (ANYA tutorial pathway).

3. Animate your name.

   

Lesson 2 - Add Recorded Sounds

Continue previous lesson and record sounds for name letters.

Week 2 - Scratch Music and Loops

Lesson 1 - Music Tutorial

Follow a Scratch tutorial focused on making music.

Lesson 2 - Repeat and Forever

Continue from lesson 1; introduce loop blocks through exploration.

• forever: continues without stopping.
